Palzer has over a decade’s experience across a wide range of civil, criminal and commercial law related litigations, including corporate insolvency matters.

Palzer trained extensively in the District Courts and the High Court, gaining considerable first-hand knowledge of trial in civil disputes and criminal cases.

As a partner at the firm, he handles commercial litigation in disputes relating to commercial contracts, competition matters, consumer disputes, admiralty matters; power and construction projects, quasi-criminal and criminal matters. He has also represented clients in various courts; tribunals and forums, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT); National Company Law Appellate Tribunal; Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL); Competition Commission of India; National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

Palzer’s practice focuses in dispute resolution, which includes inter alia arbitration, writ petitions; insolvency matters; commercial litigation and matters relating to economic offences. He represents clients across various sectors in court litigations and also, tribunal matters.

He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
